Our Core Crews

You'll ensure the safe and responsible management of the fire circle, creating a secure atmosphere for all attendees.

You’ll be the welcoming face of Flowstorm, ensuring smooth entry and setting a positive tone for every attendee's experience.

You're the second point of contact for arriving attendees, offering a warm welcome and providing all the essential information to help them navigate and enjoy the event.

You play a crucial role in maintaining the event’s infrastructure, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so attendees can enjoy a seamless experience.

You’ll assist chefs in preparing and serving meals, helping to create delicious, nourishing food experiences that fuel everyone with energy.

You'll help manage vehicle flow and assist attendees with parking, ensuring a smooth and stress-free arrival experience for everyone at the event.

You'll help host a calming, supportive space for attendees, ensuring comfort and care while enhancing their overall festival experience.

You'll be on hand to provide essential health support and care, ensuring the safety and well-being of all attendees throughout the event.

You'll be instrumental in setting the scene and ensuring flawless technical execution, helping to create an immersive and memorable experience for all attendees.

Do I need any prior experience or skills to volunteer?

Most volunteer positions can be learned on-site. We recommend applying for the crew that resonates most with you and we'll go from there!

Are there any perks or benefits for volunteers?

Volunteers receive a discounted ticket, a free Flowstorm t-shirt, enjoy two meals a day, and gain the rewarding experience of playing an integral role in creating a magical festival atmosphere.

How many hours of volunteering are required?

5 hours - $80 Ticket

10 hours - $30 Ticket

Will food be provided for volunteers?

All festival attendees are fed two meals/day. Vegetarian options are available.

Can I choose my schedule?

We always do our best to accommodate schedule preferences!
